1. All exchange, return and refund request will not be entertained for hygiene purposes, except for the following:
a) Items shipped incorrectly ( wrong item / wrong quantity ) b) Items shipped has manufacturing defects found
2. We are not liable for any damage resulting from the incorrect use, storage or handling of products, misuse of products with activities other than the intended purpose and damage of products during the delivery process.
3. If there is any request subjected to the reason above in 1 (a) or (b), buyer / customer must be able to send us an email in within 3 days from the date of receiving the products, with reason stated and photos as a prove to this email: firstname.lastname@example.org
4. All shipping fees for return or exchange request to be paid by the buyer / customer. All return or exchange items must not be opened or used. Return of items must be accompanied with invoice from our company with packaging intact.
